We Set The Standards
When you need more than just a cleaning company – state licensed, industry certified, professional; specializing in mold remediation and water damage mitigation.
There is mold in nearly every environment. It’s part of the natural world we live in. Most of us inhale and exhale mold spores every day. There are individuals who have increased sensitivity to mold. Extensive microbial growth may be a cause for concern requiring professional remediation. However, we often encounter situations that require nothing more than a thorough scouring with a disinfectant. If you have work that can be done without our assistance, we’re going to tell you that. We take our work seriously. We value our customers.

Eastern Basements is a division of Eastern Mold Remediation, devoted exclusively to effective basement waterproofing and crawl space repair solutions. Maine’s Mold Cleaning Company
Any company performing remediation that is not following the IICRC R520 guidelines on insulation removal in attics and wall cavities should never be used. The job is not being performed correctly or up to the standards which will potentially cause severe regrowth in attics and wall cavities. Insulation is a porous material and can not be cleaned. If mold is present it is always condition 2 or 3 and is in the insulation. All ceiling joists and insulation bays can not be treated effectively without the removal of insulation. This can be referenced on page 47 Chapter 4: Building and Material Science.
