Basement Water Damage

Basements present unique challenges in eliminating water intrusions. We are often called upon to mitigate basement water damage. Removing water and drying basement materials is only part of the solution; successful mitigation incorporates an element of prevention. Generally, water damage caused by exterior conditions is best approached from the foundation exterior. It is not possible to effectively eliminate exterior foundation water intrusions by applying a sealant to the interior of the foundation.
